Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use TOKX to generate audio that:

• Impersonates a real person without their consent, including cloning or imitating a specific individual's voice or likeness.
• Creates a deepfake or otherwise misleading audio intended to deceive listeners about its origin or authenticity.
• Supports fraud, scams, phishing, or any other deceptive or illegal financial activity.
• Harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence against any person or group.
• Infringes another party's intellectual property or publicity rights.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.

Enforcement

We use an admin-maintained blocklist of words and phrases, and may review generation history when investigating a report. Violations may result in a paused account, a permanent ban, or a report to relevant authorities where required by law.
