Accounts

TOKX is invite only. An admin creates your account and assigns you credits; there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Credits

Credits are a platform-internal unit used to pay for text-to-speech generation. Credits are added manually by an admin and are non-refundable, including if your account is paused or suspended. Unused credits do not carry any cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed.

Service availability

TOKX depends on third-party providers for speech generation and storage. We do not offer a service level agreement (SLA) and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, or that any generated audio will be error-free. Planned or unplanned maintenance, including a maintenance mode that pauses generation, may occur without notice.

Suspension and termination

TOKX may pause, suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or at our discretion. We may also remove content and delete stored audio in line with our retention policy.

Acceptable use

Use of TOKX is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Liability

TOKX is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOKX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TOKX after a change constitutes acceptance.
