Getting started

TOKX is invite only. An admin creates your account and emails you an invite link. Follow the link to set a password, then sign in at /login. Once signed in, type or paste text into the editor, pick a voice, and generate.

How credits work

Every generation costs credits, based on the length of your text and the voice you choose. Your admin gives you credits. There is no self serve top up. If a generation fails, any credits held for it are automatically returned to you. You can see your credits and history in the app.

Audio expiry

Generated audio is kept for a limited number of days (7 by default), after which it is deleted automatically. Download anything you want to keep before it expires. Your generation history (text, settings, status) is kept longer than the audio file itself.

Paused accounts and maintenance

If your account is paused, or the platform is in maintenance mode, new generations are blocked until the pause is lifted. Your history and any remaining audio are unaffected. If you think this is a mistake, contact your admin.
