Privacy Policy

What we store

• Your email address, used to sign in and for account-related notifications.
• A preview of the text you submit for generation, kept alongside your generation history so you can review what you generated.
• Generated audio (and transcript, if requested), stored for 7 days after which it is automatically deleted. It is only reachable through your account, never a public URL.
• Your credit ledger: every credit addition, reservation, charge and refund, kept indefinitely for billing and support records.

What we do not store

We do not store payment card details (top-ups are handled manually by an admin) and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

TOKX uses only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Third parties

Text you submit is sent to our speech-generation provider to produce audio. Audio files are stored with our cloud storage provider. Emails are sent through our transactional email provider.

Your data

You can request a copy of, or deletion of, your account data by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your profile and any remaining audio; ledger and audit records are retained for accounting purposes.
